Skyray FRP sheet structure description and characteristics
The first part: the substrate, which generally accounts for more than 95% of the total weight, is the main factor that determines the strength of the sheet, the toughness of the sheet, the aging resistance, the shape size, and the comfort. It is composed of about 2/3 of unsaturated resin and about 1/3 of Glass reinforced fiber, and a small amount of other additives. Tianrui FRP uses the most advanced unsaturated resin and adds a large amount of ultraviolet UV absorber. It has excellent anti-aging properties and yellowing resistance, low transmission loss rate and long service life.
The second part: stiffening, evenly distributed at 10mm spacing, which greatly increases the longitudinal tensile strength of the board, which is 30% higher than the lighting board of the same quality without stiffening.
Part III: Treatment of the outer surface film. Generally speaking, Melinex301 film mainly provides protection for the board in terms of flexibility and water resistance, and has excellent self-cleaning ability.
